📄 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and max39 ("max39", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the max39 website located at max39.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through max39, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the max39 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX. Supported payment methods are subject to change without notice.
- The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

- max39 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which max39 accepts no responsibility.
🎁 5. Bonuses & Promotions
max39 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. max39 reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus from any account at any time where misuse or abuse is suspected.
- Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses using multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account suspension.
- max39 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already met the qualifying conditions for a promotion prior to any modification will not be adversely affected.
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account automatically upon expiry.
⚽ 6. Betting Rules
The following general rules govern all bets and wagers placed through the max39 Platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation has been issued by the Platform, the bet may not be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the Player.
- max39 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event with incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed in breach of these Terms.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of max39 shall be final and binding, subject to our formal complaints procedure.
- Live in-play bets are accepted until the Platform closes the betting market for the relevant event. max39 accepts no responsibility for bets that are delayed due to network connectivity issues on the Player's end.
- max39 reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts without prior notice where we determine it to be necessary for the integrity of our Platform or for responsible gaming purposes.
🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the max39 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may have funds forfeited:

- Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.

- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the operation of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the max39 Platform without our express prior written consent.
The max39 name, logo, and all associated branding are the registered trademarks or proprietary marks of max39. Unauthorised use of any max39 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, max39 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
max39 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur; max39 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned outages where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude max39's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
